You may return an item it must be unused & re-sellable) condition unless damage has occurred, for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date unless return is due to damage in which case, we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return.

You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

To the best of our ability, all Regular orders are processed within 48 hours. Please allow 7-10 working days for all regular orders.

Any SPECIAL orders processing and shipping times may vary, generally a 2-week turnaround and handmade goods or custom scented items created for (retreats or special events etc.) We will notify you of approximate processing and ship times based upon the job.

This allows you to use your credit card by email.
1. Using our shopping cart, add the products you'd like to order. Be sure to carefully list each item (by name, quantity & price)

2. Be sure to complete your order at the end following the prompts or your order WILL NOT PROCESS.

3. We will then forward an invoice for your order & payment, Verify your order carefully then simply follow the Google instructions on the invoice, enter your information and that's it!

Due to the fluctuations in shipping rates, and or issues of weight, your shipping total will not be added at the end of your order upon completion of your shopping cart totals.

Shopping cart will give you your subtotal before shipping & handling fees. Upon our receipt of your order, we will then notify you by phone or email of your shipping & handling fees once your order has been processed and packed.
Currently, all packages are sent DHL or U.S.P.S. within the United States only.
