SHIPPING: Q: Why did my package also have an infectious sticker on it?
My Postal representative from U.S.P.S. informed me of the following: She stated that, generally the "infectious" sticker is not used with our product and could have been a mistake. Generally this sticker is applied to packages from medical establishments and was unsure why that sticker was added. SHIPPING: Q: Why does my package have "biohazzard" stickers on it?
It is MANDATORY that any packages being sent within the US Postal service which contains potentionallly hazardous materials(certain liquids, flammables etc.) MUST have these stickers. We are required to declare at the time of shipping what is in the box. This was established after "homeland" security issues were set in place as explained to me by my postal representative. She further explained that regardless to the company (she named another well known perfume company for example) they all must have these stickers when shipping liquids and chemical based products, oils etc. This is a government postal requirement. HOW DO I INDICATE WHAT SCENTS I WANT MY PRODUCT TO BE?
To indicate your choice for a scent or product, be sure to tell us in the area "payment method" In this area will be a note box which will read: "Notes: (Let the seller know about size, color & other personalized information if any):" Use this box to indicate your choices for your selected products. Example: I ordered 3 AScentia I shower washes, I would like 2 in the scent of Patti's Passion and 1 in Really Raw. I ordered 2 Bath Bars: Please send them both in the scent of amber sandlewood I ordered 3 body spritz: 3 in the scent of Celestial Blu I ordered 1 AScential Man body balm: Midnight Gold 1 AScential Man Shower Wash: Midnight Gold 1 AScential Man After Shower Spritz: Midnight Gold Any other notations you would like to apply to your order, this is the place to list them. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
We do our best to process your orders within 5-10 working days. This means that WITHIN that time we are getting it all together for you! In the event that there is a backorder or some other unforeseen delay, we will do our best to notify you within 48 hours of our discovery of this. For most special order items, such as a custom blend or custom product request, wait time may be longer. General turn around time can be at least 2 weeks, in the event that it was longer(not usually) we would notify you.

WHY IS MY AUNATURAL SPRITZ CHANGING COLORS?
Our AuNatural body spritzes are made with a base of natural herbal ingredients, witch hazel etc. You could think of this base as almost like an "herbal tea" infusion meaning as with any product whose primary components are herbal, each batch made may be different in appearance, generally due to environmental issues (could include conditions of processing, growth conditions, weather, etc.) In addition, the same is true for our perfume oils--color of oil may vary from time to time, again, depending on the particular batch. Over time as product settles, color change may occur. In the case of separation, simple shake the product before each use, this is normal. Storage of your AE products are also important, as many of them use only natural preservatives. Our products must be stored generally away from heat and excessive cold as this may affect the products on a whole. Rest assured, the recipe stays the same unless we find better ingredient (and if there's a change, we let you know!) We are constantly working to improve the quality of our products to meet the demand for our clients.
